About the Role:
Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in logistics and administration? We are looking for a driven Admin Service Manager to oversee and optimize all administrative processes related to inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
In this role, you will lead a team of Admin Service Employees and work closely with the Site Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the Admin Service Employees within the department
Support the Site Manager with periodic reports, insights, and performance analyses
Contribute to departmental plans, including financial planning and budgeting
Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
Coordinate commercial and logistical activities for assigned accounts
Maintain close contact with carriers and external customer service teams regarding shipments, invoicing, and delivery issues
Take full ownership of inbound and outbound administrative processes
Oversee administration related to goods receipt, returns, samples, and outbound shipments
Act as the primary point of contact for customer service teams regarding logistics and delivery matters
Monitor, manage, and report on Service Level Agreements SLAs
Perform and oversee various administrative tasks within the department
Drive and promote a continuous improvement CI culture within the organization.
Report directly to the Site Manager
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferably WMi.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Understanding of tariffs, budgets, and cost structures.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
Commercial awareness and organizational sensitivity.
Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of customs documentation and international trade processes.
Experience working with logistics operations and ISO procedures.
High level of accuracy and ability to process large volumes of data efficiently.
Flexible, resilient, and willing to work overtime during peak periods.
