    About the Role:

    Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in logistics and administration? We are looking for a driven Admin Service Manager to oversee and optimize all administrative processes related to inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

    In this role, you will lead a team of Admin Service Employees and work closely with the Site Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Admin Service Employees within the department
  • Support the Site Manager with periodic reports, insights, and performance analyses
  • Contribute to departmental plans, including financial planning and budgeting
  • Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate commercial and logistical activities for assigned accounts
  • Maintain close contact with carriers and external customer service teams regarding shipments, invoicing, and delivery issues
  • Take full ownership of inbound and outbound administrative processes
  • Oversee administration related to goods receipt, returns, samples, and outbound shipments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer service teams regarding logistics and delivery matters
  • Monitor, manage, and report on Service Level Agreements SLAs
    Perform and oversee various administrative tasks within the department

  • Drive and promote a continuous improvement CI culture within the organization.
  • Report directly to the Site Manager
  • Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferably WMi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of tariffs, budgets, and cost structures.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Commercial awareness and organizational sensitivity.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of customs documentation and international trade processes.
  • Experience working with logistics operations and ISO procedures.
  • High level of accuracy and ability to process large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Flexible, resilient, and willing to work overtime during peak periods.
