A job for a longer period of time with the chance to grow into senior!What do we expect from you As medior assembly operator, you will independently build the panel cabinets that are produced at Benchmark. You will be doing this both mechanically and electrically. You will also wire the said panel cabinets. You do all this based on technical drawings. After the panels have come off the workbench, they are completely wired and ready to be tested.

The work is carried out in a (semi)cleanroom environment. You have reoccuring meetings with your Supervisor on the progress of the work. Do you have an improvement proposal? You can discuss them with the Manufacturing Engineer. Together, you look for the best possibilities.

Your own input is therefore highly desirable. The possibility of progressing to Senior is present.
What are we looking for You are obviously motivated and want to get started, which means you have already done half the work. It is also useful if you:

• Live in Almelo or the surrounding area;
• Have work experience as an assembly operator (3+ years);
• Are flexible, in consultation with your colleagues and Benchmark you can set your own hours between 07:00 – 19:00. In the beginning, you will be trained and will have fixed hours. As you are able to work independently, flexible hours will apply to you aswell.

• Gross hourly wage of €16,75 including ATV;
• Travel allowance;
• The possibility of progressing to Senior;
• If you perform well, you have a chance of a permanent contract at 4 Minutes.
