Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunication products and services, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product features.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or telecommunications is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
