Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London and Paris. We specialise in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We are partnering with Arkance to appoint their Field Marketing Manager based in Almelo or Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

ARKANCE Netherlands is a fully owned subsidiary of the French B2B Services Group Monnoyeur, founded in 1906. ARKANCE was established in 2018 with a vision to become a leading partner in digitalising the construction and manufacturing sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping ARKANCE’s presence in the Netherlands and contributing to high-visibility EMEA initiatives. You will oversee field marketing activities locally and will be responsible for curating globally or regionally produced content, campaigns, activities, and assets for use in your local market. As a part of the Brand and Marketing Communications team, you may also contribute to EMEA content and brand projects to support this functional center of excellence on a project basis. You will report to the EMEA Brand & Marketing Communications Lead with dotted-line collaboration with the Netherlands Country Director.

Responsibilities :

Local Field Marketing

Act as the local point of contact to provide feedback and communicate the local market’s needs.

• Track local marketing budget spend and provide regular reporting, ensuring maximum ROI.

• Coordinate local events (live, virtual, owned, industry):

– Identify local events and manage relationships with organizers

– Ensure high-quality brand experience from creative assets to activations

– Manage the collection and processing of contacts and leads with local sales operations teams

– Provide necessary data on ROI, contribution to business to concerned stakeholders

• Manage local translations when not provided by EMEA or Global Delivery teams and ensure quality control of all localized materials for marketing, external, and internal communications.

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities (local/EMEA/Global campaigns, newsletter planning and execution):

– Local website and social media management when needed

– Maintain local content on the website: local IP, events, services

– Create and post local organic social media content for local needs

• Implement landing pages for local campaigns

• Partner with local sales and services leadership team to align marketing strategy with business priorities

Expanded EMEA Responsibilities

• Contribute to regional content creation, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and customer success stories.

• Provide guidance and mentoring for local marketing needs in other specific EMEA countries.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with proven field marketing and communications expertise.

• Proven track record in marketing, focusing on local or regional marketing strategies.

• Proven ability to manage projects independently, with minimal supervision, while aligning with organizational goals

• Expertise in using and managing the Content Management System to update and maintain website content

• Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, Storyblok)

• Experience in multinational companies, working in multicultural environments with remote management.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written, is mandatory; French is a plus.
