Are you ready to lead an exciting journey in Vietnam as General Manager of Tecnotion Co. Ltd. Vietnam? Our production facility in Bac Ninh has recently started operating, and the next step is to professionalize and grow into an independent site with 100 to 200 employees. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational strategy, leading a diverse management team and shaping the future of our organization.
Together with our Headquarters in the Netherlands, you will guide the expansion of production capacity while ensuring quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Strategy & policy: In close cooperation with the COO, develop and implement strategic and operational policies, ensuring the factory grows into a professional, independent organization.
- Execution & planning: Translate forecasts into production plans, monitor procurement processes, and ensure smooth operations while anticipating growth.
- Advising: Provide input to the COO on production strategy, bottlenecks, and long-term plans for people, processes, and investments.
- Performance management: Analyze and evaluate output, monitor budgets, and drive efficiency improvements across all departments.
- Leadership & development: Lead the local Management Team, fostering professionalism, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- A technical Bachelor’s degree such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering;
- Extensive experience with production systems, lean manufacturing, and business processes (in Asia);
- Knowledge of safety, health, maintenance, and quality regulations;
- Proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills;
- Preferably Dutch roots.
