Talent Acquisition Consultant – European Business Expansion Services
Our EuroDev units are growing rapidly, and we have exciting opportunities ahead! To support this growth, we are looking for an additional Inside Sales Manager to join our team. Together, we will be responsible for expanding the European business of multiple North American partners offering high-tech solutions for the European market. Our clients are innovative companies operating in aerospace & defense, technology, software, and hardware. As our new Inside Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping European growth strategies and executing sales initiatives.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Develop and implement European Go-To-Market strategies, driving sales and marketing activities.
- Support the planning and execution of business trips, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.
- Enhance your sales expertise, managing the full cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing complex deals.
- Organize projects effectively, ensuring structured reporting, planning, and execution.
THIS IS YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (international) business, economics, or marketing.
- 1+ years of professional experience in sales and business development.
- Fluency in English; French or another European language would be a plus.
- A valid driver’s license.
- You are living or willing to relocate within a 45-minute radius of Almelo, Netherlands.
