  • Together with the marketing team you develop a strategy for existing clients and new prospects
  • You generate and follow up leads and organize meetings to evaluate the customer needs
  • Develop relationships with clients and prospects in the USA and Europe
  • Develop your network and social media presence
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services
  • Create reviews and reports on your activities
  • Renegotiate/close deals with clients and prospects


  • Account manager experience preferably in HR or the service industry
  • Fast learner with a results-driven approach and genuine interest in people
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch or other European language is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with the CRM program is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of sales/account management and negotiating techniques
  • Living or willing to live in a radius of 45 minutes from Almelo, The Netherlands
