Are you a commercial leader with a passion for driving sales excellence in the medical device industry? We’re hiring a Sales Director to lead strategic growth across France and the Benelux region for a fast-growing, mission-driven global healthtech company.
This is a confidential opportunity to join a high-impact, international commercial team, reporting directly to the SVP of International Commercial. You will play a key role in scaling sales operations, optimizing client relationships, and leading high-performing regional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of a regional sales strategy across France and Benelux
- Manage and grow a network of distributors and direct partnerships
- Coach and develop a results-driven, multicultural sales team aligned with global goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders across the region
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics
- Represent the company at major industry events and conferences in the region
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of sales leadership experience in medical devices or related healthcare sectors
- Proven success managing distributor networks and direct sales teams in France and Benelux
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven and strategic mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region
- A collaborative, accountable leader with a passion for innovation, growth, and impact
