Become an Machine Operator at a Modern
Family Business in Almelo ; Make an Immediate Impact on the
Production Process
What will you
do? Looking for a job where you stay active, learn technical
skills, and actually see what you produce? Then this (junior)
operator role is a great fit for you. You’ll ensure the machines
keep running and that the process flows
smoothly.
What does that mean in
practice?
- You’ll work
with modern machines and learn how plastic products are
manufactured - You monitor the process to keep
everything running efficiently - Got ideas for
improvement? Your input is valued - You’ll
develop your technical skills step by step while
working
You’ll work
full-time in a 3-shift system. It may sound intense, but the
schedule is clear and
predictable:
- Week 1:
Early shift: 05:30 – 13:30 - Week 2: Late shift:
13:30 – 21:30 - Week 3: Night shift: 21:30 –
05:30
Functie-eisen
You
don’t need to be an experienced operator. If you’re motivated and
interested in technology, you’re already off to a great
start.
This will help you
succeed:
- You’re
proactive and don’t mind physical work - You are
at least 1.75 meters tall due to working at
height - You speak Dutch or English so you can
communicate easily with colleagues - You can
handle working in a warm
environment
