Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a similar management role
- Proficiency with TMS systems, AI, continuous improvement
- Skilled in quality, efficiency and process improvement
- People manager, both hands on and strategic
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Experienced in change management
