Purpose of the position:


Reporting to Engineering Manager, Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and supervision of various projects. He/she is responsible for the correct guidance of the project employees who are directly involved in the projects.


Activities and responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage project and program plans;
  • Management of resources, budgets and timelines;
  • Constantly monitor the critical path and report the impact of deviations to the stakeholders.
  • Ensures that regular project status meetings are held, and periodic reports are provided to stakeholders.


Knowledge and skills:

  • Experience within Supply chain and production environment;
  • At least three years of experience in Project Management;
  • Good project management skills, excellent problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, planning and development;
  • Experienced in developing project plans using PERT, or GANTT or other recognized project management techniques, including critical component analysis;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Self-starter, can work independently;
  • Can work well in a team and can inspire a (project) team and move it in the desired direction;
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.


Education required for the position:


Minimum HBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Business Administration.
