About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dutch Payroll Consultant to support and execute payroll operations for Dutch clients. This remote contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands local payroll legislation, and can collaborate effectively across teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Dutch payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Support client implementations, go-lives, and onboarding activities
- Provide daily functional support and guidance to payroll teams
- Maintain and update process documentation and client workbooks
- Conduct system maintenance testing and ensure quality standards
- Resolve both functional and technical payroll issues
- Collaborate with clients to identify process gaps and improvements
- Support year-end processes and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Handle escalations and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with confidential data and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and within global, cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in payroll operations or HR consulting preferred
- Familiarity with SAP, Workday, or other HRIS platforms is a plus
