Job Description:
You work in a project team and have an important role in the concept phase of projects, which is an iterative process ending with a proven concept. Your responsibilities include drawing up requirements and test plans for complete products or systems, and maintaining contact with customers alongside the project leader throughout the project lifecycle.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing concepts and requirements through simulations and prototypes.
- Collaborating with mechanical and software teams to realize cost-effective and feasible solutions.
- Estimating development efforts and technical risks with the project leader.
- Communicating project progress and engaging in technical discussions with customers.
- Creating detailed subsystem specifications, defining architecture, and developing verification plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of related fields such as Software and Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in System Engineering within product development, particularly in Racks and Cabinets design.
- Familiarity with Connectivity Design Tools such as Mentor Capital, E-plan, or Siemens NX.
