Description
As an Account Manager Service you pro-actively support our customers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region by proposing different relevant services like: maintenance, spare parts, repairs, overhauls, upgrades and modifications that will help our customers to succeed in their mission.
Act as a single point of contact for our customers with whom you build and maintain long term value based relation ships.
Explore, identify and develop new opportunities to extend the scope of HITEC.
Propose and sell various relevant services to our partners or customers.
Negotiate, plan and coordinate the execution of the services with the customers.
Coordinate with the relevant internal departments the estimated scope, technical and commercial feasibility, quality and progress.
Support our partners with commercial activities and services : spare parts, shop overhauls, managing incidents.
Discuss the progress and quality of the work with service Manager EMEA.
Provide reliable financial forecasts to the business for your accounts.
Visit your customers on a regular basis to strengthen te relationship and to uncover new opportunities for HITEC.
Owns the process from offering to invoicing and reporting in the service team
Coordinate the required support for the customer in case of technical issues, roll outs, etc.
